Positive: Everything about it. The moment you enter the Ryokan, how welcoming the staff, being served nice cold welcome drinks and hot towels as the check in process happened at the sofa and not at a counter. This Ryokan though small in size provides the homely feel. The meals (dinner and breakfast) were both excellent. We enjoyed it very much.The public bath was nicely decorated too. The owners of the Ryokan definitely placed a lot of efforts to it's design, decorations etc. My husband and I wished we were staying another night instead of our overnight stay. We will return.
Negative: Nothing to not like about it.
